Overview
Engaging Granny, Inc came to me looking for support to building a marketing campaign for their client Bird.com. To accomplish this, the first step was to build out personas of the typical users of the software, from there we needed to identify what those users would want in the software. Then, we could design a marketing solution to engage those users and meet them where they are. Beyond user engagement the client also needed to start to track their leads and customer contacts.
Solution
To accomplish all of these goals, there would need to be a multipronged approach. A tool to visualize personas was key. HubSpot has a great mechanism for this. After visualizing personas, to help confirm our marketing approach was going to work, we needed some initial leads, so we utilized a sales intelligence platform to find some. Apollo.io is a great option. HubSpot also has a CRM solution that can be used to store client details and sales leads., so that’s two birds with one tool. Finally, to create the outreach mechanism we have endeavored to create an AI sales agent video that can be shared across platforms to be able to engage users of today and yesterday who may want to use Bird.com. HeyGen has some great tools for this.
Role
For this solution I acted as the Marketing Manager in a sense because we needed to create a brand, as well as identify the persona(s) that would be interested in this tool. With HubSpot on my side for two pieces of the puzzle it was seamless. And with HeyGen in my toolbelt, I was able to create a great thematic AI agent to be able to advertise the brand we created. Engaging with these tools not only helped me learn more about User Engagement, but I was also able to once again leveraged No-Code tools to take a technology solution to market quickly.
